Why Aultman: The Aultman Hospital residency program stood out the most because of their dedication to inclusive culture while being a program filled with a collective of bubbly preceptors, which was reaffirmed during my interview. The people you work with being kind and graceful were non-negotiable requirements that the program met without any thought of compromise. The program electives and requirements were also perfect for my career goals of being a well-rounded pharmacist. A bonus was having previous alumni that have gone through Aultman's residency program reassure that the program is top tier. Aultman promotes reliable, trustworthy, and efficient resident experience that prepares you not only for PGY2, but to be able to steadily grow into an independent clinical pharmacist.
Hobbies: Dancing while cooking, traveling / exploring domestic and international, walking trails / pretending to hike, watching, survivor, spending time with friends and family.
